Al Tamms
Singer Al Tamms only seems to have had just this one release produced by Gordon Keith. I must assume this was a Gary, Indiana production in view of Keith’s involvement but the disc came out in Chicago on Midas, owned by the Leaner Brothers. 
I Like The Way You Are is tough and hard soul cum R & B – just as the doctor ordered. The repetitive guitar figure holds the song together as the pianist doodles behind him and the horns add some weight. On top of all this Tamms sings his bluesy refrain really well.
